Sustainability

The coast hosts us.
We try to deserve it.

Our commitment

A quiet, measurable practice.

We don't talk about sustainability often. We try to live it daily, on six properties, in ways our guests can feel and our staff can measure.

Family hotels have an advantage — decisions are made by people who live a short drive from the sea. The pressure to protect it is personal. The choices, slow.

This page is updated each year with current figures. Where we fall short, we say so.

Four pillars

Where we focus.

01−28%

Water per guest (vs. 2019)

Water

Every drop counts.

Greywater recycling, low-flow fittings in every room, and pool covers across the collection. We monitor consumption per occupied room, every month.

0272%

Hot water from solar

Energy

Cypriot sun, well used.

Solar thermal across all six properties supplies the majority of hot water. LED lighting throughout. Smart room controls switch off the unoccupied.

0384%

Cypriot suppliers, by volume

Sourcing

From the island, to the table.

Halloumi from village dairies, fish from the morning catch, olive oil pressed within thirty kilometres. We publish our supplier list every season.

040

Single-use plastic bottles in rooms

Waste

Less, sorted, returned.

Single-use plastics removed from rooms and restaurants. Food surplus partnerships with local kitchens. Glass, paper, organics separated on every floor.
